Corporate Training that changes what people actually do on Monday

We run facilitated programs for Australian teams who are tired of slide decks that get forgotten by lunch. Two days with us, and your managers handle conflict differently, your salespeople ask better questions, and your project leads stop avoiding hard conversations.

Programs we run

Each program is a two-day or three-day intensive. We build the case studies from your industry, use your team's real scenarios, and leave behind a reference guide your people will actually open again.

Leadership under pressure

For mid-level managers who inherited a team but never got taught how to lead one. We cover feedback delivery, delegation without micro-management, and making decisions when the data is incomplete. Two days, groups of eight to twelve.

Difficult conversations

Most people avoid the conversation until it becomes a formal complaint. This program gives your team a repeatable structure for raising concerns early, listening through disagreement, and closing with clear next steps. Heavy on practice, light on theory.

Strategic planning facilitation

We facilitate your annual or quarterly strategy session so your senior team can participate rather than present. Includes pre-session interviews with each participant, a structured agenda, and a written output document within five business days.

3-day facilitation

Sales capability

Your salespeople know the product. What they need is better discovery questions, the confidence to challenge a prospect's assumptions, and a method for following up without being annoying. We build every exercise around your actual pipeline deals.

How an engagement works

From first conversation to final follow-up, a typical engagement runs about six weeks. Here is what happens at each stage.

Scoping call (30 minutes)

We ask about the problem you are trying to solve, who the participants are, and what success looks like in practical terms. No questionnaires. Just a conversation.

Design sprint (one to two weeks)

Our facilitators interview three to five stakeholders from your organisation, review any relevant internal documents, and build a program tailored to your context. You receive a draft agenda for review before we finalise.

Delivery (two or three days on-site)

We come to your premises or a venue of your choice anywhere in Australia. Groups stay small, usually eight to fourteen people. Every session alternates between short input and extended practice rounds.

Follow-up coaching (four weeks after)

Each participant gets a 30-minute individual coaching call to troubleshoot what they have tried since the workshop. We also send a summary report to the sponsor with observed themes and recommendations.

Questions we hear often

Three to four weeks is comfortable. We have occasionally turned a program around in ten business days when the client had a clear brief and the dates were firm, but that is the exception.

Yes, though we restructure the program significantly for virtual delivery. A two-day face-to-face workshop typically becomes four half-day sessions spread over two weeks, with practice assignments in between. The outcomes are comparable when the group stays under ten people.

A two-day program for up to twelve participants, including design, delivery, materials and follow-up coaching, typically sits between $14,000 and $19,000 plus GST. Travel costs outside the NT are additional. We quote a fixed price after the scoping call so there are no surprises.

Both. About a third of our clients run a single program to address a specific need. The rest work with us on a quarterly or biannual schedule, cycling through different topics for the same cohort or running the same program for new hires. We offer a retainer arrangement for organisations that want four or more programs per year.

Mining and resources, government, professional services and healthcare make up most of our client base, but the skills we teach are not industry-specific. If your people manage other people or talk to customers, the content applies. We adapt the case studies and examples to match your sector during the design phase.

We collect a short reaction survey on the final day, then run a behavioural follow-up survey at the four-week mark. The follow-up asks participants and their managers whether specific behaviours have changed. We share both sets of results with the program sponsor. For organisations that want deeper evaluation, we can design pre- and post-assessments tied to your internal KPIs.

Let's scope your next program

Tell us what you are working on. We will reply within one business day with either a few clarifying questions or a proposed date for a scoping call.
